2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Reply: Our factory is located in Qingyuan of China.All of our clients are warmly wel- come to our factory.
3.How can I get some samples?
Reply:
(1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free;this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
(2)Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc, to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.
4. What is the delivery time?
Reply: 3 working days for sample order and 15-30 working days for bulk order normally, detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season ,order quantity and our stock status.
5. What is the payment term?
